These terms apply when you use tradingidea.net (the "site"), run by Darshan Jain under the brand Trading Ideas By Darshan Jain ("we", "us"). By signing in, or by paying for a plan when paid plans are offered, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

• The site shares financial astrology research: Panchang, muhurat, planet positions, sky events, and astrology-based readings about the Indian market.
• It is for research and education only. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, index, commodity or contract.
• We do not give personal advice. We do not know your finances, goals or risk appetite.
• Astrology readings are not certain and can be wrong on any day. We do not promise any profit, return or accuracy. Past patterns do not predict future market moves.
• Make your own decisions, and consult a qualified adviser if you need advice.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your login.

3. Free and paid access

• Some parts of the site are free for signed-in members.
• When paid plans are offered, what each plan includes, its price and any free trial will be shown on the site before you pay. Payments will be processed by Razorpay. A Refund & Cancellation Policy will be published on the site before any paid plan opens, and will apply to those payments.
• We may change what is free or paid, and prices for future periods. We will tell paying members before a new price applies to them.

4. Ads

The site shows ads, including to paid members. Ads come from third parties such as Google AdSense. We do not endorse the advertised products or services, and any dealing with an advertiser is at your own choice and risk.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, republish or share members-only content in groups, channels or other sites;
• scrape the site or use bots to collect data;
• try to break, overload or get around the login or payment systems;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Our content

All text, data presentations, labels, designs and the logo belong to us or our licensors. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view the content for your own use. It does not give you any ownership.

7. Alerts and notifications

If you turn on Telegram or app alerts, we send messages to the account or device you link. Alerts can be delayed or missed because of network or third-party issues. Do not rely on an alert arriving on time.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. Content may be changed, added or removed over time.

9. Limits on our responsibility

• You use the site and make your own decisions at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for any trading or investment loss, direct or indirect, arising from use of the site.
• If we are found responsible for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and tell members about important changes on the site or by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
