What is the Astro Market Calendar?

A financial astrology research site by Trading Ideas By Darshan Jain. It shows the Panchang (tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana), muhurat timings, planets and sky events next to the Indian market calendar, with astrology-based readings for market hours.

Is this investment advice?

No. Everything on the site is astrology-based research. Nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and astrology is never the basis of a buy or sell call. Please make your own decisions and consult your financial advisor.

Do you promise results or accuracy?

No. Astrology readings can be wrong on any day. Readings based on past days describe the past and do not predict future market moves. We do not publish or advertise success rates.

The readings

What is the Astro Gap Projection?

An astrology-based reading of how Nifty and Bank Nifty may open compared with the previous day's close: gap up, gap down, or near-flat / sideways. It is worked out from the Moon's position at 09:00 IST and covers the opening only.

What is the Astro Day Projection?

An astrology-based reading of how the market may move through the day. Market hours are split wherever the Panchang changes, and each part is marked Positive, Negative or No clear result from how the market closed on past days with the same Panchang.

What are the Astro Intraday Timings?

An astrology-based reading for short time slices within market hours. Each slice is marked Positive, Negative, Sideways or Volatile.

What does "No clear result" mean?

Past days with the same Panchang closed up and down in equal numbers, so the reading has no lean either way.

Why is there no reading on some days?

Market holidays and weekends show no projection. Days whose exact Panchang combination never occurred on a past trading day show "No match".

Which markets are covered?

Nifty and Bank Nifty, plus Gold and Silver (MCX). Choose one in the Market menu at the top of the site.

How is the Panchang calculated?

In your browser, with the open-source Astronomy Engine and the Lahiri ayanamsa, for Mumbai, in IST. Times can differ from other almanacs by a few minutes.

How do I sign in?

With your Google account. We then ask for your mobile number once to finish your profile.

Which dates can members open?

Today, the past 3 market days and the coming days.

Can I get alerts?

Yes. Telegram alerts and app notifications are available for paid members, and anyone signed in can add key dates to their own phone calendar from "Add to my calendar".

Why do I see ads?

Ads help keep the site running. They are shown to all members, including paid members, and are not an endorsement of any product.

How do I delete my account or data?
