Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to every paid pass on tradingidea.net, run by Darshan Jain under the brand Trading Ideas By Darshan Jain. Please read it before you pay.

No refunds once access starts

• Passes are digital access to the site for a fixed number of days. Access starts when the pass is added to your account.
• An add-on (a section added to a pass you already hold) gives access until the end date of that pass. It is priced for the days left and follows the same rules: no refund once access starts.
• Once access starts, the payment is not refunded under any circumstance. This includes unused days, not using the site, change of mind, and readings that did not match the market. This does not affect any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
• Every reading is astrology-based research only. It is not investment advice, and no result or accuracy is promised, so market results are never a reason for a refund.

Cancellation

• Passes are one-time payments. There is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel: a pass simply ends on its end date, shown on your "My plan" page.
• You can stop using the site at any time. Unused days are not refunded and cannot be moved to another person.

Before access starts

• You pay while signed in, and the pass starts on that account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• If you were charged twice for the same pass by a payment error, write to us with both payment details. You can choose either a refund of the duplicate charge or the extra days added to your pass.
• An add-on is priced for the day you press Pay. If the payment is completed on a later day, the add-on is not turned on (access has not started). We will contact you, and you can choose either a full refund of that payment or the same number of days added to your pass by hand.

Payment problems

• Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Paid but the pass is not showing on your My plan page within 30 minutes? Write to [email protected] with the email you paid from and the payment reference. We will check and turn on your access.
